| We cannot accept the cancellation and returns of Hawaiian Jewelry engraved
letters. After cofirming payment from the customer, we will assume it a formal order. It will take about 3 weeks to deliver your order item. Please put your desired letters in the customer comment column of the order form. Example(Kimiko 2006.2.14 K to M etc.) Use only alphabets or numbers. How many letters can be engraved depends on the zippo size. If your desired letters cannot be engraved, we will make contact with the customer.
