Our Policy
If you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within
14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refund on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its
original packaging.
All returns that are open are subject to a 20%restocking fee (excluding Fashion Accessories). Fashion Accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must include its original packaging and papers or
it won't be accepted.
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by
either e-mail at: anyplaceshop.com.or call us at: 1 714-746-7171 Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.(PST). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a
refund, if notified after (2) business days.
How to Return Items
Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number.
