Our Policy
If you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refund on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its original packaging.

All returns that are open are subject to a 20%restocking fee (excluding Fashion Accessories). Fashion Accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must include its original packaging and papers or it won't be accepted.

Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by either e-mail at: anyplaceshop.com.or call us at: 1 714-746-7171 Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.(PST). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (2) business days.

How to Return Items


Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number.

Include the packing slip and write the authorization number with your return on outside the box, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:TAIGA USA INC

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Special Orders, Back Orders & Out of Stock


Special Orders We often carry special or limited items that may not be listed on our website. Please let us know if you are looking for a special item and we will arrange to order or search for the item.We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
